1. Introduction
Welcome to VistaTopin, your destination for visual enhancement tools for creators. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, products, and services. By accessing or using VistaTopin, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
2.1 Definition: "Services" refers to customized visual enhancement offerings such as video editing, color grading, motion graphics and similar creative engagements provided by VistaTopin.
2.2 Delivery: Services are delivered according to agreed specifications and timelines. Any modification requests must be submitted in writing.
3. Info Products
3.1 Definition: "Info Products" refers to digital materials such as tutorials, presets, templates, e-guides and similar educational resources.
3.2 Access: Upon purchase, customers receive a link to download or access the Info Product. Ongoing support may be provided as described during checkout.
4. Goods
4.1 Definition: "Goods" refers to physical items such as branded merchandise, hardware accessories or printed materials sold through VistaTopin.
4.2 Shipping: Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Methods: Payments may be made via credit card, debit card or other options available at checkout. All charges are processed in local currency.
5.2 Timing: Full payment is due upon order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services: Customers may request cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Approved cancellations receive a refund via the original payment channel within ten business days. Services may be rescheduled without penalty if a request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
6.2 Info Products: Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded due to their nature. However, if a technical error prevents access, VistaTopin will provide support or issue a credit toward another Info Product.
6.3 Goods: Physical goods may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once a return is received, a refund will be issued via the original payment channel within ten business days.
6.4 Final Sale Services: Certain premium or highly customized services are marked as final sale. No refunds are offered for these services due to the bespoke nature of resource allocation and planning required to deliver the engagement.
7. Rescheduling
7.1 Service Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a service by notifying VistaTopin at least 24 hours before the original time. Rescheduling requests received later may incur a fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
VistaTopin shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from use of any Service, Info Product or Good. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific offering.
